Anyone having trouble purchasing a Roku Ultra

I'm trying to order a Roku Ultra (I've been getting an offer on TV for $59.99).  Every time I try to order it, my shopping cart says it's empty.  I tried to figure out how to contact Roku, but that seems next to impossible.  Has anyone had luck ordering the Roku Ultra for $59.99 via the special offer?

This is stupid I have to find my own help with roku's website

They've unfortunately limited the website so here I am.

 

ROKU Offer on my tv today says I can get a roku stick at a discounted price.

I send myself an e-mail > click on the link > click on check out, and then I'm presented with an empty shopping cart.

For giggles I tried this

- do it all several times

-try edge instead of chrome

-go back to main site, sign in again, cart says 1 item, click on cart, boom, gone again.

 

Apparently I need to fix this via community, so please help?

Same exact issue. Chrome no good. Edge (chromium) nothing. Safari cart is empty. After logging in each time to my roku account. Is the store down or something?

It soundd like you didnt read my post and your contactus page just had FAQ which does not cover this issue and just leads me here.

I was having the same problem, my cart would show an item in it but when I tried to check out it would tell me that my cart was empty. 

My workaround for this was to  purchase the upgrade through my Roku 3 which seems to have worked. I received an email confirming my purchase.

I am having same problem. I came here to find a way to buy the ultra. My cart always says empty.

Please forward these issues to the webteam. There are issues in the web code. Anyone can see it if you go to https://roku.com/checkout and right click a blank area of the web page and click on inspect. You will instantly see where the issue is. So unless everyones browser and computers are at fault, there is a problem with the webpage. Please don't refer us back to the FAQ.
