@arbirdie

Your caps lock is stuck. You might want to fix that.

Please clarify what you mean by "can not access it."
Does the app not show up when you attempt to download it?/search for it in the Roku Channel Store?

Are you attempting to access it through another app (The Roku Channel, Amazon Prime Video, etc.)?

Are you using the AMC+ app but it crashes?

Something else?

We need more details to assist.

Re: Amc plus trial is activated but I CAN NOT ACESS IT PLEASE HELP ME

Hi DBDukes,

I Am Experiencing the Same Issue. I Was Charges $-8.99 On 11/15 After My Free Trial Ended. I Signed Up On the AMC+ Channel After I Added It to My Channel Lineup. I Can Get Into the App But When I Try to Play Anything On The Channel I Get A "403 Error", And I Got A "500"Error That Said Contact Provider. And Now Back to The "403 Error".

I Can Sign On With My Laptop, No Problem, But the AMC+ On My Roku Channel Lineup Is A No Go on Watching Any Shows.

Any Advice, Please?

Thanks A Bunch,

Chris

Hi @Poetdrifter,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We recommend starting here to troubleshoot channel issues: Follow these steps in order:
1. Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the * key on your remote, and choose 'Remove channel'.
2. Next, restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. (For Roku TV Settings>System>Power>System restart)
3. Once your player/TV starts up again, go to 'Streaming Channels' on the Home screen, and add the channel back once more.
You may also refer to this link: How to resolve a channel playback issue | Official Roku Support
If that still doesn't clear up the issue you're experiencing, we recommend contacting the channel provider directly to follow up for more help. They’ll be able to best assist with any issues that are occurring within their channel.

You can reach AMC+ support here: http://support.amcplus.com/en/support/home

Keep us posted from there if you need additional help.

Regards,
Mary
