I Am Experiencing the Same Issue. I Was Charges $-8.99 On 11/15 After My Free Trial Ended. I Signed Up On the AMC+ Channel After I Added It to My Channel Lineup. I Can Get Into the App But When I Try to Play Anything On The Channel I Get A "403 Error", And I Got A "500"Error That Said Contact Provider. And Now Back to The "403 Error".
I Can Sign On With My Laptop, No Problem, But the AMC+ On My Roku Channel Lineup Is A No Go on Watching Any Shows.
We recommend starting here to troubleshoot channel issues: Follow these steps in order:
1. Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the * key on your remote, and choose 'Remove channel'.
2. Next, restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. (For Roku TV Settings>System>Power>System restart)
3. Once your player/TV starts up again, go to 'Streaming Channels' on the Home screen, and add the channel back once more.
