My family recently stayed at an AirBnB. We purchased the Big Ten Network in order to watch a game. I thought I cancelled the subscription prior to leaving, but I have a new charge for BTN on my card this month. The phone # associated with the charge on my bank statement belongs to ROKU, but I cannot speak with a real human. I cannot find an email on the ROKU support pages where I can send my inquiry to. The ROKU account did not belong to me, belonged to the owners of the home we stayed in. Therefore, I do not have the email/PW associated with that account. Any suggestions???
