I have in the last several months set up multiple Rokus in 4 houses with no problem. I have a smart TV that does not provide all applications i desire. I have therefore added a Roku to this TV. But every time I submit the activation code on my Roku the screen comes right back to asking me to enter my activation code. I have tried using my iPhone, my iPad, the Spectrum field service technician’s iPhone and my AV person’s iPhone I have also substituted a second Roku device.
