Activating Second Device

I recently purchased a furnished condo and ordered two ROKU sticks for the two TCL TVs that came with the unit. I created a Roku account & set up the first device with no issues. However, when I attempted to activate the second stick it apparently linked with the previous owners account. As a result I cannot add any channels, etc. and I never received an activation code. How do I change this to my ROKU account?

If I ran into this I'd do a factory reset on the problem Roku, then go through the setup procedure again.
