I cannot cancel this Acorn subscription. I only wanted the free trial and it will NOT cancel even though I have hit "cancel" 10 times. I do not intend to pay this monthly fee.
Have you tried to cancel via your account at https://my.roku.com ?
When logged in, click on the Manage your subscriptions link.

In addition to what @makaiguy mentioned, how are you accessing the free trial? Are you subscribed through Roku Pay, or through the channel provider directly?
