I got a $49.99 charge and have not signed up for anything. I can’t log in for help because they don’t even have the correct email! I can’t cancel because the email is wrong and can’t log in. I can’t call because there’s no one in the office! Please help!

If it were me, I would contact the bank immediately and ask for assistance. Probably in your's and most cases, your card's account will be closed, the wrongful purchase will be stopped & perhaps even refunded, and YOU will be able to do something about it at you and your bank's end without incurring any more damage or stress to you.
Don't waste time! Time is of the essence.
