Accidental purchases of $346 Roku will not refund.
My little brother purchased $346 worth of subscriptions and over-drafted my bank account. I emailed Roku because there is no number to call and their response was a no refund policy read. I could understand if this was $20 worth but $346!! For subscriptions that will not be used and there were multiple purchases for $54.99 for the same thing. This is ridiculous!! I’ve noticed others with this issues have gotten a response on here and got the issue resolved. I’m hoping Roku will make this right.
