Accidental purchase

Made an accidental purchase. Tv froze and kept hitting ok and said purchase complete. How do i get my money back for this. Not even sure what the purchase was for just says one time payment of 24.99

something somewhere has to say what its for  and to whom.

Check your credit card account on the net.
