7 day trial

I was supposed to get a 7 day trial and it charged my credit card without doing my 7 days

Did you ever have a free trial in the past?  You can only get it once.

In addition to what @renojim mentioned, have you made sure that you are subscribed to the 7 day trial rather than subscribing to the channel?

You can verify your Roku channel subscriptions by logging into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking Manage your Subscriptions.
