7 day trail but charged after cancellation

I did the free 7 day trial for a channel. I canceled on the 7th Day and I was still charged $60. I contacted Roku to see if I could get refunded and they basically told me too bad. They did not even offer a partial refund.

I now have Roku Prime and do not need a separate purchase for Hallmark. I am new to Roku (about 2 weeks) and can not handle the stress of this pressure (I am 77 years old)!
