Had my 18 mo. old grandson here today, while I was out of the room to grab him a snack I came back to him watching Outlander on Starz. He subscribed and was watching a show in less than 2 minutes. I called to see if I can get a refund and they said nope, it's in our terms, no refunds on subscriptions. The Starz button is right on the remote. They said I need to reset my password???? There is no password needed to hit that Starz button and subscribe. I'm pretty disappointed in their customer service right now.
I do believe you can set a purchase PIN on the Roku. That should stop rogue purchases.
