I received an offer for a $10 Roku express since I am using an old roku player. I want to take them up on the deal however when I add the offer to my cart, the price jumps to $30. Anyone else have this issue?

I don't know what the $10 offer is because my link has a $15 offer to upgrade to the Roku Express + but it says out of stock. I just got the email this morning. Will they be back in stock soon at that price?
I have the same problem: got an email offer for upgrade and then online Roku would not complete the transaction.
