Roku is a scam! I got a bunch of different charges on my account and they say ROKU but I've been to the support and got nowhere, I've called and got nowhere. There is the invisible guy that sends a link that will get you nowhere. So with that I would like to be refunded for the money they took but that won't happen. If you are like me you just click ok to the user agreement and in there says NO REFUNDS through ROKU so this is BS! So beware they are a scam! I'm done with ROKu
Hi @tessaklaus
Thanks for the post.
For account & billing concerns, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
All the best,
Kariza
I believe any genuine Roku charges will state what service they are for. You can also check for subscriptions on the Roku site.
It's possible you ended up at a scam site for support and they charged you. Roku does not charge for support.
For service subscriptions, I ALWAYS recommend directly subscribing through the service whenever possible. Just use a browser and go to their website. Don't sign up through the Roku or other device.
Can you give more details on the charge or charges, and EXACTLY how they are named on your bill?

Did you login to your account at my.roku.com/account? Then check your subscriptions and purchases. If nothing is listed then these charges are NOT from Roku. I agree with a previous poster, always subscribe through the actual app providers website. Then you can access the app from any streaming device including Roku.
