You keep charging me for an account I haven't used in three months. You owe me money. It shouldn't be this difficult to close a account or get my money back.

@Josetone87 There is no charge for a Roku account, are you talking about a subscription? Login to your Roku account on a computer or phone and check your subscriptions. You can cancel there. Just deleting an app from Roku or not using it will not cancel a subscription.
Your “solution” is not current? When go to support, click subscriptions, click subscription i need help with, then it goes to new screen automatically and says “lets get in touch” and then it just says loading and buffers for hours. I have tried on laptop and phone, same results? How do you contact anyone, an actual person, for help?
@Focha008 Try logging into your Roku account. Go to the support tab. Select Account, payments & subscriptions. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and select check support options. Select question about a subscription, select the subscription you want and click contact us. I get a choice to call, chat, or email. It is after 10:00 so the only choice I have is email but it went right to emal for me.
Well i found an 816 phone number on the 5th page of a google search after trying to contact company for 6 weeks unsuccessfully. It actually has live agents answering phone. And much to my chagrin, i was 4 days outside of their 2 month policy for refunds and was told too bad for you basically, even though started whole conversation with “wow is this really roku, I’ve been trying to reach you guys for 6 weeks?” Moving all 14 of my Roku devices to amazon i guess? Not going to play these games anymore.
