Last night we bought, and was charged, for the UFC 257. Then, while we have the app and pay for ESPN+ the message we received for almost the entire night was "The country specified is not supported" and we could not open the app.
I'm not sure if this is a problem with Roku or ESPN+ but I think the $77 charge is the most blatant form of robbery. The feed did eventually come up but we missed at least 3/4's of the fights. We were able to see the final fight but who is responsible? When someone pays to see something they need to be able to see all of it? Is this a Roku or a ESPN issue?

It was an ESPN issue I just chatted with customer service at ESPN + and they told me "i can confirm there are no usages for the main fight at all" and I have to go through Roku for a refund
How do you contact ROKU i been trying all day i missed almost all of it
I'm waiting to chat with right now...the queue is going pretty quick
Need to get a refund for the UFC fight. Had trouble viewing. How do I do this?

We missed the main event for the same reasons - purchased right at 10 pm and it never came on with an error that our country was not supported - Roku does not have a customer service line, and their "help" center says to contact ESPN+. Called them and waited 45 minutes on hold until finally hanging up - these apps and streaming services are becoming a racket - no refunds, no customer service - enough is enough.
I had the same error message and did not watch any of the fight. Chatted with ESPN on Sunday and they said since fight was purchased through a third party app (Roku) that I had to get a refund through Roku. I came to find out on Sunday when I tried to call Roku that they have no customer service number and the only way to reach them is via email. I sent them an email on Sunday asking for them to refund my $69.99 as I was unable to watch any of the fight. To no surprise, I have never been contacted by Roku and they stole my money since they have refused to return it. Cowardly thieves.
Hello @RokuDanny-R
we purchased the fight this past Saturday and is lagged terribly, and cut out over three different times. This was embarrassing, especially since we were hosting a fight night. I talked with ESPN+ Customer Service, and they told us they are aware of the situation, and are processing refunds.. but since we purchased through roku, we’d have to go through that third party seller. Can I get this addressed, please?
