On 7/22/2021 I Paid $49.99 for an annual subscription to Viki.com then I upgraded it to $99/yr to Viki Plus.
My next billing cycle will be on 7/22/2022; so why has my account stopped? Why can I no longer use my sign in on my account?

Are you subscribed through Roku Pay or through the channel provider directly? If you subscribed to the channel through the provider directly, you will need to reach out to the channel provider for further assistance with your account information.
