From the RokuTV settings...Settings...System...About [that should provide you with your Roku Account email address.] No matter how butchered it is, that should be the Account login, I would think.
That should allow you to login to your account dashboard on https://www.roku.com with that email address and your password.
There just hasn't been Roku phone support for awhile, so perhaps this is an older account? Once you login, you should be able to link your new device. Personally, I would login, unlink devices, close the account, and then create a new account with the correct email address and a new password and link all the devices under that new email address (which then creates a new account). This may affect some premium channel subscriptions if you have any.
Just increasing amount lately of scammers offering to set up Roku customers and charging them fees/locking them out of accounts, etc.
Alternately, log in to your Roku account, and from the Personal Profile page, change the email address to the correct one.

Did "Roku customer support" tell you that Roku has a service fee and did they take your credit card number?
I ask because when people say they called "Roku customer support", what they often mean is that they called some scammer - usually after going to some scam website which told them that something went wrong and they need to call the scammer on the phone.
These scammers typically use email addresses of their own creation when setting up a Roku account since it makes you go back to them for more "support" ($) in the future.
yes actually but they just misspelled my last name im trying to get my roku stick to work now and i cant.
i tried that but no password i used is allowing me access. and i cant do forgot password because its not the right e-mail
should i just make that email then try it?
I would set up the stick (since new) with a new email address completely. [Get a new email address from Google or the like, whichever email provider you like, since you probably gave the phony Support your email credentials and password to your other email]
When you set up the stick follow the on screen prompts. The official help will only be found at https://www.roku.com/ , https://support.roku.com/, and then https://my.roku.com/account after you finish setup. The only other place is this Community Forum. There is no customer support phone number anymore and there are no fees to activate Roku or to subscribe to Roku.
In order to get the RokuTV account access back , you will probably have to contact Roku at the below contact link and explain the situation so they can reset the account or maybe one of the moderators @RokuDanny-R or @RokuMary-F can do personally.
Here is link for Roku support Contact https://support.roku.com/contactus Select Questions about Support Scams from dropdown and that will enable an email option to Roku directly.
Good luck and post back if you need further help.
