roku ripped me off! i paid $9.99 to play 5 games of bingo. the first game i played i won. so they were supposed to pay me $100. but never did.they just kept sending me the same email over and over. so i asked for my $9.99 back and they wouldn't do that either. how do i get my money back?? i won it fair and square!!

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? What channel were you using?
Please be aware that Roku does not support gambling channels on Roku devices.
