I have been charged $7.99 a month for over a year for "Roku For Disney Electroni." I have checked my subscriptions and have no active subscriptions. I checked my purchase history and have no purchases for that. When I call Roku they say call Disney, when I call Disney they say call Roku. What is this charge for!?!
It's most likely for Disney or Disney+ or whatever they're calling it. If you have multiple Roku devices it's possible that you've inadvertently linked them to different Roku accounts. Check the email addresses that are displayed on each Roku device you have under Settings->System->About. If they're all linked to the same Roku account and you've used that account to check your subscriptions at https://my.roku.com then perhaps @Alex-Roku can look into it for you.
Hey there,
Thanks for getting our attention on this matter @renojim. We agree that a great first step is to check the email addresses associated with your Roku devices by going to the home screen on your device and then choosing Settings->System->About. That being said, we would like to help investigate further so we are going to send you a private message to collect some more information on the charges you are receiving. Please be on the lookout for our message.
@hdvorak @Omg I too just noticed , thru the app truebill, that i have been getting charged 7.56 monthly for a year now thru roku. Never have I ordered it and when I check active subscription it says I don't have it.
Hi @niktucker, we appreciate you reaching out to the Roku Community! We're happy to help give more information and dig into why you're receiving the $7.56 charge. To do this, we'll be sending a message to keep your account details safe and secure. Please keep an eye out for our inbox message for us to assist you further.
