price mistake by roku resulted in me being overcharged twenty one dollars

i subscribed to a roku email offering 99 cent a month for 2 months for showtime  2 other stations and was charged the full price for 3 stations totaling 27 dollars how can I get this rectified , roku owes me 21 dollars

Hi @lancer1200, we understand that you were charged full price during our current promotion. We're here to help figure out what's going on.
The 99-cent deal per premium subscription promotion is only eligible for new subscribers to participating channels.
