I'm being charged $70 a month for Hulu through Roku and I don't have the premium version of Hulu and so I don't understand why am i being charged so much for Hulu. I've already looked at my subscriptions and previous bills and the only thing that pops up is my DisneyPlus subscription: which is in fact charging me for the correct amount, but for some reason I absolutely can not find my Hulu subscription yet somehow I'm being overcharged for Hulu but through Roku. I've tried to email and contact Roku but have never received a response. This has been going on for the past 6 months and it's unprofessional how no one has responded to my email. Please help. I don't understand why am I paying $70 through Roku for Hulu yet the subscription for Hulu is supposed to be $6.99 a month. I've already called Hulu but they can't do anything because the charge is through Roku but they did confirm that it's supposed to be $6.99 a month and not $70.
We're sorry to hear that you're having this experience. I can understand how that may be frustrating.
Please be noted that Roku is only assigned by Hulu to collect the payment and all subscription management is solely handled by Hulu.
