need new account. Old email and PIN are with previous owner and not retrievable

The TCL Roku TV came with the purchase of our home. I want to add favorite channels and need a PIN

I have the previous owner's email and the last four of his credit card from the setting / account info but cant't contact the previous owner to provide the PIN. What do I do? Ho to reset the TV/Roku account?

Try a factory reset and connect it to an account of your own creation.
