When ROKU set up my account, they apparently typo'ed my e-mail/user-id. So now I can't contact them to get a resolution. If I use my correct e-mail to sign in, Roku doesn't recognize it. If I use the incorrect e-mail/user-id to try to sign in (no clue what my Roku pw is, I've never had to use it) and change my password, they are sending an e-mail w/ instructions to an e-mail that doesn't exist. They apparently don't have phone support (I tried the number I was given) and I can't find a chat window. How do I get them to correct my user-id?
Did you call someone to activate your Roku? If so, you were scammed. You should dispute the fraudulent charge (probably cancel the credit card or payment method), factory reset your Roku, and start over.
