Thanks for the inquiry.
If you subscribed to CBS All Access through the channel provider directly, @Iona-D mentioned you will need to contact the channel provider. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
However, if you purchased your subscription through Roku Pay, please see our Support page here for more information: How do I manage or cancel a Roku® Pay subscription?
Thanks,
Danny
Before anything, give CBS All Access a call now for CBS All Access issues and problems. People who have problems with other apps should contact that particular app directly either call, chat, even email. Roku does not have a Call Center anymore as they disbanded it earlier this year. I think they will be able to help you far more anyway with most any issue you experience with their app. They sure helped me!
CBS All Access Phone #: (888) 274 5343 Monday-Sunday 8am-2am EST.
I have called them first when I had an issue or 2 with the app itself or my subscription. If you still experiencing trouble after the call, then call the credit/debit card's own issuing institution and let them know what's going on. They can help you far better than anyone else from canceling the card and issuing a new one to some other solution.
All it takes is a couple of calls at most, no matter what the problem is . Not mindless runarounds and wild goose chases!
