I paid to purchase a replacement remote control - and received an email notification on Sep 13, 2021, stating that the merchandise has been mail with Tracking Number: 9400111298334864245877.
on 9/27/21, in a reply to my inquiry, USPS has reported that though the mailing label was created - USPS never received the actual merchandise means the actual merchandise was never mailed.
And since I did not receive the merchandise - I am claiming a full refund of the amount charged on my card.

You can't trust USPS tracking. Much like FedEx's, it's practically useless. When I look up that number it states, "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending". USPS is slower than molasses these days as is Roku. Just give it more time.

I appreciate your help but the link is not working.
Since you are an employee - can you please talk to some one
The amount is only $31.70 and I still believe that a business entity like Roku shall and can
do something to resolve the issue but if they don't address this issue then I shall do everything
within my means for justice.
I am 80 years old retired person and I refused to be fooled and taken advantage of little people
with very limited resources, like me by big business houses.
