That depends on what you got. There thousands of channels/apps available. There are free things, monthly payment things, annual payment things, and one-time payment things. Hopefully your credit card has more detail that just "Roku" Usually you get something like "Roku for CBS Interactive" (just one example).
@kram1-Note that most channels' free previews are only available to those who have never previously had subscriptions, even trial subscriptions, to this channel. Once in a while you'll see one available if you have not tried the channel for some specified period of time, like one year or two. This is all spelled out in the conditions you must agree to when signing up -- you know, all that stuff that most of us don't bother to read at the time.
