How in the heck do I change my mailing address? My order (roku stick) will be delivered to my old address. Nowhere on the site does it tell me how to change it.

I have sent two emails on this issue and no response as of this date.

To change your address go https://my.roku.com/account. Login and go to update payment method. You will be able to change your billing address there. I haven't ordered from Roku but I think you can select your billing address when you place an order.
That is the problem, there is no field for address just email. I cannot find a "edit" address field to either enter a new one or edit an old one.

Don't click on update Account Information. Click on update Payment Method. There is no place for email. Just credit card information followed by Billing Address Information.
