Cancelled in the middle of March through Roku. Just got billed again by CBS all-access. Definitely paid through entire month after cancellation.
Thanks for the note.
We would recommend looking into your Roku account to manage your subscriptions if you paid for the subscription through Roku Pay. You will need to log into your Roku account on my.roku.com and click Manage my subscriptions.
For more information, visit our Support page here: How do I manage or cancel a Roku-billed subscription?
If you do not see the subscription in your Roku account, you will have mostly likely subscribed through the channel provider directly. You will need to contact CBS All Access for assistance managing your subscription.

I too cancelled my CBS All Access before the end of my billing cycle and am still getting charged. Please correct this and let me know. I realize you are dealing with the restrictions of the situation, but I also find it unacceptable that I cannot contact a person either on chat or on the phone. Seriously considering cancelling all of Roku.......

My subscription does say 'will not renew' but I still was charged on my most recent credit card statement. I cancelled well before the end of the previous billing cycle.
Thanks for the information.

I've tried emailing Roku about this and they said to email CBS. CBS says to email Roku. Should I just call my bank and shut off the card? Ahhhh!!!! Can I get my money back???
Depends on who billed you, who appears on your account that was billed? They would be the ones to talk to. Either Roku or CBS.
I did try canceling CBS through Roki. the reply was since it isn't set up under Roku, suggested that I needed to go to CBS since Roku only makes the payment
@bjkimmel, your statement contradicts what I know about Roku billing. Roku can't be sending the payment unless you've subscribed through Roku. You can check your subscriptions at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions . Make sure you log in with the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About. If you have multiple Roku devices check the email address on all of them.
I thought CBS All Access transitioned to Paramount+ some time ago.
