cancel order proves to be impossible

Why is it impossible to cancel an order? I mean seriously, if it's pending there should be an easy option of just cancelling!!!!

Tried calling and was on hold for Indy an hour until i got tired and just hung up. So now i have to wait till i receive the incorrect item.

Your support and website are the absolute worst!!!!!!!!!
