i do not have any payment methods in my roku account, this says that on my chromebook here: https://my.roku.com/payment/account and on my roku television in its settings, but i can make purchases to my roku account and on my chromebook here: https://my.roku.com/account/purchases when i click on purchases that i made to my roku account there they say that the purchases registered in my bank account even though none of the details of my bank account are in my roku account here: https://my.roku.com/account/edit, and the purchase says that purchases are usually charged to your payment method on file within twenty-four hours even though i do not have any payment methods in my roku account, this says that on my chromebook here: https://my.roku.com/payment/account and on my roku television in its settings
A couple of things to keep in mind.
First, anything to do with a Chromebook has nothing to do with Roku in any way. Stuff on Chromebook doesn't matter. Set any Chromebook thoughts aside.
Next, Roku TV is a Roku device. It has to be connected to a Roku account. If there's a payment method listed on your Roku TV, that payment method is on your Roku account. So let's focus on this.
On your Roku TV, go to Settings > System > About
Near the top center, it says Roku account, and directly underneath that is an email address. That is the email address of the Roku account to which that Roku TV is associated.
You said you went to https://my.roku.com/account/edit
Is the email address listed there the same as the one on the About screen on your Roku TV?

Google accounts have nothing to do with Roku. Focus on Roku. If you cannot focus on Roku, I cannot help you.
I asked you a Yes/No question that you did not answer. I'm gonna ask it again. Please do the following and answer the question.
On your Roku TV, go to Settings > System > About and look at the email address. I'm not asking you to share it with me, I'm simply wanting you to look at it.
On a computer or on a smartphone, doesn't matter, open a Web browser and go to https://my.roku.com/account/edit
Look at the email addres there.
Is the email address there, the same email address on your Roku TV?

it is because that my roku account is a yahoo account and the yahoo account has payment information in it
i realized now
I give up. I have no idea what you're really after. Now you got two separate threads running that may somehow be related.
You keep throwing Google Chromecast in the mix. You start talking about Yahoo. I'm not sure what it is you really want.
Someone else may be able to help you. Sorry, I'm not going to be able to help.
