Your customer support is absolutely the worst customer support i've ever interacted with. I have been trying to get a refund for your roku soundbar for weeks and all i can get anyone on the chat to say is that it will be 5-7 days before anything can be done, despite having returned the item to you weeks ago. My frustration level is sky high, my confidence that i will receive my money back is lower than i would have thought possible. I have opened fraud claims with my bank and with paypal, because customer support refuses to tell me anything. I hate your company with the fire of a thousand suns. One day there will be a reckoning.
I sent a remote back a few days ago because it was the wrong one on my part. I didn't get batteries, an invoice or instructions for the remote. I'm curious to see how long it will take to get a credit since its taken weeks for you. It's really sad because I really like my Roku Tv and the features. If I purchase another TV I'll never use there online product service again.
