Dropped Hulu 3 months ago. Continue to get charges for ESPN $6.32 and Roku $6.29. These channels are void without the subscrption and need a credit back to my cre3dit card for the charges

Sir the only way to recover charges and stop charges from Roku is too first contest those charges with your credit card company they usually credit your card with those funds and charge it back to Roku.  Then have them issued you a new card, it will have a new number and Roku will not be able to charge to your new card. This was the only way after I was able to get my money back and stop the charges. I tried using Roku team and after 6 months of being told they could not trace or find where the charges were coming from I had them issue me a new card and contested the charges. It took about a month after I did this for the credit card company to refund the money.

have had the same issue  roku is charging for things I didn't subscribe to and can't get an answer   I will be disabling the wifi  for  roku     really disappointed, and its 816 272 8107   I have seen multiple posts about this and multiple different charges, I will never recommend roku or use it ever again,

Also had to get a new card recently well it auto updates the payment       stupid practice by Card companies

  • Roku TV is great. I got 2 charges for the same price. I CALLED customer service and they happily reversed charges. Sometimes you have to actually talk face to face with someone in life to get desired results!
