Wrong Product Sent. Zero Customer Service.

I cannot get any response from ROKU regarding my order. On 11/24, I purchased and paid for an outdoor camera, but you sent me an indoor camera. I have emailed & filled out the form on your website and NOBODY will get back with me. HORRIBLE customer service.  This needs attention immediately.
