I was going through a set up process and got out of it before I confirmed. Roku charged me anywy. HOW DO YOU GET AHOLD OF ROKU???????????????

What do you mean by you were charged for setup? There's no charge for activating a Roku. Did you perhaps get scammed by someone claiming to be Roku support?

Unfortunately Roku like many CE companies prefers to bury its contact options/info - which is especially bad since they just restarted (limited) phone support after a year+ hiatus.
I just tried to call the number and it says I called outside business hours which are 6am-9pm Pacific. I am calling at 8:50pm Pacific.
IME calling any customer service number within 30 minutes of "closing" is a 50/50 proposition.
That being said, once you are able to contact them, you can always leave them a complaint about not being available for the full service hours window.
I'm guessing the queue is longer than 10 minutes, so there's a good chance someone was there until 9:00 if not later.
I think they meant they were setting up a channel through Roku, like Netflix or something. Not that they were setting up ROKU
Worst service ever. Nothing works, the online agent kept me waiting for 40 mins, transfered me to another teenager serving as an agent, then nothing... Useless.
