I bought two new Roku 4k Streaming Sticks from Amazon. After they arrived, I ordered the free HDMI dongles for EACH of the two devices. I received one, but the other was cancelled. Why? I bought TWO sticks, so I deserve a dongle for each of them. The order no. was 105406270. Can you help, please? Thanks.
