Thanks for that, but I am guessing that is an American phone number, I am in the UK, so it wouldn't be very cost affective for me to call it, it would probably be cheaper just to accept the subscription charges 😁

I have just received several emails from ROKU, with details of refunds

I have not received the money in my bank account yet, but hopefully this will now be resolved 🤞

I will let you all know when / if I receive it in my account

Thank you all for your help, it is very much appreciated

@The-Old-Git  Good to hear. Refunds for just about any financial institution usually take 3-5 business days.

They asked me for a credit card to activate my account and as you, they keep charging me monthly.  What a ripoff company.  Their so called legal department don't respond.

@AbusedCustomer

Make sure you are actually dealing with Roku.  Roku doesn't charge for any support or activation.  Only deal with the contact info at https://www.roku.com/ or here in the Community.

Too many phony support sites imitating Roku online and offering phone support that charge you for support.  These are not official Roku agents.
