Why do i keep being charged for a cancelation of a channel
I'm trying to figure out why I am being charged still for showtime when I canceled the subscription a month ago. I got charged again this after I canceled again this month. So I've tried canceling twice an i am still being charged.
Assuming you subscribed via Roku, when you go to https://my.roku.com and click on Manage Your Subscriptions, does it show as canceled? And is that where you canceled it? And after you canceled it, did you go back and verify it showed as canceled?
