I cancelled all channels last month because new channels keep adding on my account I need to put a lock on that somehow. I had to cancel again today after being charged for shudder and amc don't know what that is and philo after being charged again. I cannot afford this. I made a Philo acct and cancelled Philo that way after canceling it on Roku last month. I'm starting to think ROKU is a scammer.
Login to https://my.roku.com/account on a computer or tablet. Change your password and as Strega suggested put a pin on the account. Roku is NOT adding these channels but someone who has gained access to your account is.
This is the same problem I'm having I got Philo but ruko keep charging me I have a pin on my account so I'm not understanding why they are charging I have the date I was charged 11/22/2021
