Why am I paying monthly for Roku???
Perhaps you've been scammed by a fake Roku support/setup Website?
Who are you paying? Roku doesn't charge anything for using a Roku.
Now, you can subscribe to content -- like Netflix, Hulu, other services -- through Roku. Roku will bill for those. You don't have to go through Roku for them, but it's an option that some find convenient.
To see any subscriptions, go to https://my.roku.com and log in. Then scroll to and click the link for Manage your subscriptions. If there's something you don't want, unsubscribe. If you feel you never subscribed, reach out to Roku support. They'll want details.

Log in to your Roku account. You can do that from the Roku Home page, or go directly to https://my.roku.com/
There's a link for Manage your subscriptions.

To whom it may concern:
I have a tv in the livingroom aready with roku setted up; the question i am trying to get answered is when you get another tv in the bedroom do you have to pay again for the same apps you have in the livingroom? Which mean i am paying for it twice; could i use the same account in the bedroom like i have in the livingroom?
Here's where it gets complicated. If you subscribe through Roku -- you don't have to, you can subscribe to any service directly -- all devices tied to that same Roku account should automatically recognize the app as subscribed and simply work. If they don't, restart the Roku device. If it's a Roku TV, don't simply turn it off and on; go through the menu to restart. Or unplug it. I recommend menu. Settings > System > Power > System Restart > Restart
If you subscribe through Roku, you can only use the subscription on Roku. That is, you can't then use it on an iPad or any non-Roku device. I recommend subscribing directly to a service. The upside is you have plenty of flexibility for watching. The downside is there is more work to set up on each device. If you're all in on Roku, it's no big deal.

is all the shows on roku channel or the ones that is listed

Only the ones to which you have subscribed via Roku will show. But all that you subscribed through Roku will show.
If it's listed as an active subscription, you have an active subscription. If you don't see it, Roku isn't billing you for it.
For example, if you subscribed to Netflix through Roku, it will be there. But, if you subscribed to Netflix directly from Netflix Website, it will not show.
