Thanks for the inquiry.
Do you currently have any active subscriptions on your Roku account? We would recommend logging into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking Manage your subscriptions to see if you have any subscriptions that you are being charged for.
Thanks,
Danny
You probably got scammed.
Could be a scam. Could be a channel paid through Roku too. For example, that's the monthly price for basic CBS All Access. Though in the latter case, I think the charge would say something like: Roku for CBS.

Is my router bill already paid for this month.because l can't look at ruthless.l just.paid it 20 minutes ago and nothing.
I have no current subscriptions and my Roku account confirms no new charges for 6 months
How do I resolve this issue
@NanaC907 If you have logged into your Roku account on a phone or computer and confirmed that you have no active subscriptions the charge is NOT from Roku even if it says Roku. Scammers can put anything they want for a description hoping it will not be noticed among other charges. If the subscription is not listed on your Roku account contact your financial institution.
Hi @NanaC907,
Welcome to the Roku Community!
Please be aware that all transactions from Roku appear with the company name ("Roku") on credit card and bank statements.

Why am I paying $5.99 each month? What ever the $5.99 account is for, I want it closed.
@cecilbowen, you're not going to accomplish that here. Contact support at https://support.roku.com/contactus . Choose the option for "Accounts, billing & subscriptions".
