Why am I being charged almost 30 dollars a month or I’m being charge twice in a month

Log into your Roku account online, and check the subscriptions page. The charge should also have more details as to what channel or company name it is coming from.

Which is not showing anything?

This link should show any subscriptions through Roku: https://my.roku.com/subscriptions 

Also, with most credit/debit cards, or bank accounts, there should be more detail on the charge. From posts here (I don't pay through Roku), it seems to be something like "Roku for whatever" or similar. Others can maybe give more details.
