If you notice a charge you don't recognize, call the number on the back of your debit card and tell them how much the charge is and what it's for and they will flag that as a fraudulent charge . Your card will be cancelled and you will be sent a new card within 7-10 days. If possible, check your online bank account to see if there are fraudulent charges , sign up for email or text alerts that could alert you for suspicious charges on your card.  That way it won't be a surprise. If it doesn't sound familiar, then quite possibly you did not authorize that charge.

It is the OANN station. I just got off from Roku chat,  I made a stink after they said I was charged for it because I signed up for it.I didn't and don't even know how to do that. I insisted on a refund,.I got an email immediately that is being refunded. WHAT authorized them to do this to so many people?? Spread the word.

Did you subscribe to the One America Network news channel that provides news that the the regular media suppreses and with-holds from the public at large? Their billing of $4.99  is through the Herring Network. The billing name and the name of the associated  news broad cast, OAN, is different. I too subscribed and forgot the Herring Network was their subscription billing. I would not cancel it. OAN news is thorough and provides a wealth of info and investigative reporting.

I did not sign up for OAN and am being charged for it, how do I get rid of it? Please, just don't tell me to go to it, I don't know where to go. Thanks!

Call 816-272-8106. Also, go to settings in your Roku and unsubscribe to it. They tried to tell me they would not charge me the NEXT month.Tell them no, you want your money refunded. If they do not, tell them you are going to dispute the$ with your bank or credit card company, depending on how they charged you. If they do not refund you, dispute it. Except after I made a stink they refunded me the money.
