Why Roku keeps charging my card? And I don't haven't turned on Disney electr

I have reached out to y'all company several times and y'all continue to charge my card for something I don't have on Roku. I've spoke to my card company and they're continuing keep put the money back on my card. Plus I've searched my account and I don't see it on there so it's something wrong with y'all system. What y'all doing is called stealing from me. And I'm sick of it. Please look into it because my next steps are talking with someone.

Re: Why Roku keeps charging my card? And I don't haven't turned on Disney electr

I am being charged 9.99 on my card EVERY month and it says "Roku".  The phone number on the charge  goes to an automated system for Roku that says to go online. On 3/11  I did, and I cancelled the subscription.  However have still  been charged the last 3 months.  When I go on the site it just runs me in circles. It directs me to log in to cancel, however  then says I don't have an account. *BECAUSE I HAVE ALREADY CANCELLED/ CLOSED IT.*

How do you run a business and have NO way to contact a real person by phone, email, or chat??

@Hector-Roku How do I stop this payment?? And request refund?

@Marolyn143 log into your Roku user account (https://my.roku.com). There you will find any subscriptions you have with Roku. If you find none there (and I have a feeling you won't), then Roku is not charging you, regardless of what the credit card statement says.

If you have no subscriptions through Roku, then you are being scammed. They use stolen credit card information and submit bogus charges to your cc account. Why does it say Roku? Because it's a simple text field that the scammers can put whatever they want. They use Roku because so many people have them, and they hope that they get ignored and just pay the bill. You need to contest the charges with your cc provider, and potentially get your card replaced with a new number. Unfortunately, there's nothing Roku can do to assist you, as the scammers are simply using the Roku name. Roku themselves have nothing to do with it.

Re: Why Roku keeps charging my card? And I don't haven't turned on Disney electr

Thank you for your reply. The Roku charge links your phone number and website. I did have a subscription, and When I went on in March it was showing a subscription, and I requested it to be canceled. However the payments never did stop. Therefore it seems it's not a scam but is a mistake on roku's part. I am not able to log into my account as when I requested that subscription to be canceled it says account no longer exists. When I attempt to log in it says  and I have to reactivate/renew it, and to do that I have to add a credit card. Which I do not want to do.

I do not have a Roku user account. As stated above, it closed when I cancelled the subscription.
