Over the past couple days, Paramount plus would not load. It acted as if I was a new subscriber and insisted I choose a plan before it would let me in. I decided to get the 9.99, mostly no commercial plan, updating from the original cheaper plan, I was immediately charged 9.99 from y checking acct.. Okay, fine.
I then checked my bank statements today and found I also had, on May 5, a charge for $10.50 on my credit card. Guess who from? CBS Interactive. What the heck is going on here? I thought CBS became Paramount Plus!

You're contacting Roku, so I'm wondering if you subscribed to Paramount+ through Roku, or if you subscribed directly, or if you did both.

I think the OP has signed up for both. (They generally don't know if you do that.) Last time I looked, a Roku billed CBS sub says: "Roku for CBS". The one from CBS directly won't say "Roku". Pick one and cancel the other.
