After reading many of the post it seems a large number of customers are being wrongly charged for programs and services that were either not ordered or received. All the while Roku is collecting monies. We all know that errors are sometimes made and most reputable companies will make good on those errors. But those companies have a means by which they can be contacted. It doesn't appear Roku has this. How convenient for Roku and utterly frustrating for it's customers. I have seen this type of thing in the past. It was a precursor to a company closing the door and leaving people just hanging without any explanation. Hope this isn't one of those events.
