@ilovemuzik, why do you think Discovery is coming from Roku?  Is "Roku" in the description (which by the way is merely a description that could literally say anything)?  If your mother doesn't have a Roku account there's no way Roku got her credit card information.  You should immediately dispute this with her financial institute.

Hi there and thank you for your response. Yes, it says "Roku - reoccur pymt - Discovery." I'm going to wait for a response from a Roku rep. If they inform me that they're not charging my mom, I'm going to contact her bank asap.

Do you have a question?  If you think Roku is charging you for Vudu, login to your Roku account and check your subscriptions.  If Vudu is not listed in your subscriptions the charge is not coming from Roku.  If you find Vudu in your subscriptions you will have an option to cancel it.
