@sherylegallatin, what is your "regular charge"? Did you call someone to set up your Roku when you initially got it?

Hi @Bman0716
Thanks for the post.
For account & billing concerns, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
All the best,
Kariza

How is this charge related to Roku which doesn't do phone or cable? If you have a Roku account login on a computer and check your subscriptions. If none are listed the charge(s) are not by Roku.
The same thing is happening to my mom currently. She doesn't even have a Roku and is being charged $4.99 a month for something NEITHER of us signed up for! Discovery?
How do I cancel this subscription and get my mom a refund? This is absurd. It doesn't show up under subscriptions and I'm unable to locate the channel. Also, I'm unable to email billing questions. Why is that?
Can you help us get her money back?? My mom is elderly and has very little money. This is very frustrating and disheartening to say the least.
Thank you,
