I talked with Michael in C/S at Roku just a few min. ago. Explained I had just realized NFHSNetwork and Roku had each billed me for the same service the last two months. NFHS customer service is refunding me for one month. Went thru all kinds of jumping thru hoops with Michael.First he couldn’t find my account. Then after he wanted my address, telephone, number and zip code. Ended up he posted that once you ok a subscription with Roku there is no refund. Lousy customer service. They are competing with TracFone for worst in the world!

I canelled all subscriptions trials. Was being billed and didn't know it until. My husband checked his acct. He would like his money refunded back please.

Roku is a SCAM i only used roku tv one time for STARZ & they charged me $67.88 for service with fubo tv when i don’t even watch sports!!!! never heard of fubo tv until they charged my card. i want & need my money refunded back expeditiously this is pathetic & customer service is HORRIBLE they NEVER email back it’s no use in contacting them. having roku tv is the worst experience ever. i don’t even have a roku account just the tv !!!

I was charged 10 dollars for something I’m not aware if and something I didn’t use. I know that roku channel is free to look at moves in so I’m trying to understand why I’m getting billed for something called roku?
